Damaged In-Transit Items

Due to strict compliance restrictions governing alcoholic beverages, items cannot be returned for buyer's remorse. However, if your bottle arrives broken or leaking from transit networks, notify us within 48 hours at info@thebourbonvaulthq.com. Include crisp digital photos of the broken bottle and internal packing materials. We will instantly issue a full refund or process an immediate replacement bottle transit.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled at no cost before they are physically loaded into our fulfillment provider's logistics queue. Once a tracking generation scan is assigned to a courier route, the cargo is locked down and transactions cannot be voided.
